Normally I go to Ace HW when I need something that the big box stores won't have but found that Pride actually has more of those things than Ace. Great selection. Only downside is they are on the opposite side of town from us.

Customer service is the worst for a large format store. Several employees on the floor, but seems they would rather have conversations amongst themselves than assist you in what you need. Prices are slightly higher than competitors. They do have a decent selection. No gas blowers..

Came in to make a return, and the little girl at the counter was hateful to start with. Then she tells me that I can’t return without the exact debit card. My husband purchased it on his debit card. I had a receipt but she would not accept the return because I didn’t have his debit card. If you are going to run a business, have all the tools for your business that you need, which includes accepting returns and able to refund the card it was purchased on without having the card. Other stores do it!!

Went in with a plumbing nightmare. That o boy not only knew what to do, he actually saved me money. Pride has been surprising me a lot lately.

There is usually always somebody there to help you find what you need. It may have more to do with loss prevention anything, nevertheless. They have a great location because it's the only hardware store on that side of town except for the big five and dime. Their prices are a little high but they have a pretty good selection. The rental side, the guy there is really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Not bad place to go if you're on that side of town.

I search the internet to see where I could have a door screen re-screened. This home center popped up. The employees were helpful and caring. They did a great job. I am very happy with the service I received. I will be returning. I highly recommend Pride Home Center, Inc.

This store has very helpful staff. They were all eager to help me complete my project. I went there 3 times in 1 day and each time I wished I had a store in my town. Prices were affordable and the store was very well maintained and organized.

Went to get some solvent...left with tile for my entire bathroom,brand new bitchin kitchen sink,a shiny new mailbox and mount,and I scarcely dropped little more than a c-note. AND the fellas in those departments not only assisted in the decision making process,answering numerous questions of vast importance,but when I decided on the tile it was loaded onto a cart with the sink,and then in my car,and I never touched a box! I think you would be hard pressed to receive customer service like that anywhere these days. Big smiles all around. Thank you for making my day!!!
